Sassy Saloon will service your bar up to 5 hours, which includes a bartender, insurance, travel up to 100 miles, preparation, 2:2 zoom calls with a complete shopping list and a basic bar setup (2 tables with tablecloths), garnishes (limes, lemons, oranges and cherries) , cups (12oz, 9oz, and 1 oz) and coolers. You provide the alcohol.
No. The client provides the alcohol. We provide a detailed custom shopping list, so you know exactly what to buy with no guesswork.
We arrive two hours before your event to fully setup the bar before guests arrive and we stay after the event to break down the bar area.
Fill out our quote form, and we'll send you a personalized quote and answer all your questions. Secure your date with a 50% deposit, schedule a one-on-one strategy call to finalize your cocktails, quantities and setup. Let us handle the rest, from there you're done, we take care of everything.
Typically, we recommend one bartender per 50 guests to ensure service is fast and smooth.
We recommend booking as early as possible. Typical bookings are about 4 months in advance. Popular dates and weekends fill quickly.
Additional hours can be added if needed. Just let us know in advance or during the event if you'd like to extend service.
Yes. Our bartenders are licensed professionals, and we carry liquor and liability insurance, so you don't have to worry about liability at your event.
