**Terms and Conditions for Mobile Bartending Services**

Welcome to Sassy Saloon (“us,” “we,” or “our”). By booking our mobile bartending services, you agree to abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. **Acceptance of Terms**

   By engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.

2. **Services Provided**

   Sassy Saloon provides mobile bartending services, including serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events such as weddings, parties, corporate events, and private gatherings. Specific services offered may include:

   - Bartending staff

   - Mobile bar setup

   - Customized drink menus

   - Bartending supplies 

3. **Booking and Payment**

   - A non-refundable deposit of $350.00 is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 30 days before the event date.

   - Acceptable payment methods include credit card, cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay.

4. **Cancellation Policy**

   - Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel  30 days before the event, you will receive a refund of the balance (less the deposit).

   - Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee.

5. **Event Responsibilities**

   - You are responsible for ensuring that all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age (21 or older).

   - You must provide the necessary permits and licenses for serving alcohol if required by local laws.

   - You agree to provide a suitable location for our bartenders to set up, including access to water, power, and sanitation.

6. **Alcohol Policy**

   - We operate under the assumption that you will provide all alcoholic beverages. We are not responsible for the procurement of alcohol unless otherwise agreed upon.

   - We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual we deem to be intoxicated or underage.

7. **Liability and Insurance**

   - Sassy Saloon carries liability insurance. However, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the service of alcoholic beverages at your event.

   - We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the consumption of alcohol at your event.

8. **Force Majeure**

   We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. **Modifications to Services**

   We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, pricing, or terms with prior notice. Any changes will be communicated directly to you.

10. **Governing Law**

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Williamson County. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Williamson County.
